It’s a rather simple challenge. And here is how to enter.

• Are you a shed hunter?
• Here is a challenge for you. Grab a shed. Hopefully you have a shed that is just not great enough to save or one that you found by luck and don't mind losing.
• Here is the challenge.
• Grab that shed. Find a sapling or something you can strap the shed to so it can't be carried off. Aim your trail cam at this well placed deer shed. When something (whatever it may be) decides to make a meal out it, send us the photo or video. When we get your photo or video, you will be automatically entered in the contest. A winner will be drawn from all the entries and announced June 17, 2024.
• Please make note of how long it takes for the shed to be completely consumed. Use the "Additional Information" section of the form to tell us more. This helps us study more about sheds and how they play a part in the whitetails contribution to the ecosystem.

Why are we doing this?

We have several reasons. One is for just plain fun! And the other would be to see what animals we are competing with when we are shed hunting.
