It is unlawful to... Take or attempt to take game species by the aid of baiting. An area is considered to be baited for 10 days after the removal of the bait. It is also unlawful to take bear by the aid of scent.

Bait: Any salt, mineral, grain, scent or other feed, commercially produced game attractant or any other organic material which is attractive to wildlife.
Baiting: To place, expose, deposit, distribute or scatter any bait on or over areas where any person is attempting to take protected game species. All bait must be completely removed at least 10 days prior to hunting.
